Plant Care:

Light:

• Bright Indirect Light: Sago Palms prefer bright, indirect light. Place them in a location with filtered sunlight or partial shade. While they can tolerate some direct sunlight, intense, prolonged exposure may lead to leaf burn.

• Indoor Placement: If grown indoors, choose a well-lit spot near a window with filtered sunlight. Outdoor placement should include protection from the harsh afternoon sun.

Watering:

• Moderate Watering: Cycas Revoluta prefers moderately moist soil. Water the plant thoroughly when the top inch of soil feels slightly dry. Allow excess water to drain away to prevent waterlogged conditions.

• Reduced Watering in Winter: During the dormant period in winter, reduce watering frequency. Sago palms experience slower growth during this time, and overwatering can lead to root rot.

• Avoid Overwatering: While maintaining consistent moisture is essential, avoid overwatering, as sago palms are susceptible to root rot. Ensure proper drainage to prevent standing water.

3. Fertilization:

• Balanced Fertilizer: Feed Cycas Revoluta with a balanced, slow-release fertilizer during the growing season (spring and summer). Choose a fertilizer with a balanced N-P-K ratio. Apply it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
